Garmex System
An internal web system for Garmex Garments Subcontracting Services, bringing employee records, production tracking, RFID attendance, payroll, accounting, inventory, and transport workflows into one workspace.
Problem / context
Garments subcontracting operations need to connect employee work, production quantities, attendance, stock, and pay. The system brings these related workflows together so authorized staff can manage records and review operational status without treating each department as a separate data source.
What was built / role
I developed the frontend and backend, including an operational dashboard, employee and RFID management, project/style and batch setup, production output tracking, attendance scanning, payroll computation, accounting, inventory, and transport workflows. Database-backed sessions, role-based permissions, audit records, and spreadsheet exports support access control and record review.

Key technical decisions / challenges
The main challenge was preserving consistent records across connected workflows: attendance, accepted production output, and reviewed trips feed payroll, while production releases and inventory changes need validation and traceability. Server-side permission checks, database transactions, and audit records protect these operations, with a focused RFID kiosk interface for attendance scanning.
